Deadlines dominate, production quotas and schedules exert new pressures on masses of people. The reality is that we are spending too much time glued at our screens.
Stress, whether mental, physical, or psychological, affects everyone and occurs when demands tax or exceed the ability to copy with change in hand. When an event or situation is threatening, the human body reacts in many ways, as if it is in danger.
